eApply.in
Privacy Policy
This page explains what information eApply.in collects when you visit the site, why we collect it, and what choices you have about it. If anything here isn’t clear, feel free to write to us — our contact details are at the bottom of this page.
Log Files
Like most websites, eApply.in keeps standard log files. These record things like your IP address, your browser type and internet service provider, the date and time you visited, the pages you looked at, and the page that referred you here. None of this is tied to anything that personally identifies you — we use it only to understand how people use the site, spot problems, and keep things running smoothly.
Cookies and Web Beacons
eApply.in uses cookies to store information such as your preferences and the pages you visit, so that we can tailor the content you see and make the site work a little better for you. We may also use small pieces of code sometimes called web beacons, which help us understand how a page is being used.
Google AdSense and Advertising Cookies
We show ads on this site through Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on a visitor’s past visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies allows it and its partners to show you ads based on your visit to eApply.in and other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings. If you’d like more detail on how Google uses this data, or want to turn off personalisation altogether, you can do so here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Other Advertising Companies
Some third-party ad networks that appear on eApply.in may also use cookies, JavaScript, or similar tracking technology to measure ad performance and, in some cases, personalise the ads you see. eApply.in has no direct access to or control over these cookies once a third party places them.
Children’s Privacy
eApply.in does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you’re a parent or guardian and believe your child has shared personal information with us without your consent, please contact us and we’ll remove it as soon as we can.
Your Rights Over Your Data
Depending on where you’re located, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, request that we delete it, or object to how it’s used. This includes rights that may apply to you under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as well as broader principles found in other privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, simply write to us at the email address below and let us know what you need.
What We Collect Directly From You
If you reach out through our contact form or sign up for update alerts, we collect what you type in — usually just your name, email, and phone number. We don’t collect payment details, ID documents, or anything of that sort, because eApply.in doesn’t process applications or handle payments of any kind. We also don’t offer any paid form-filling or “apply on your behalf” service, and we will never ask a visitor for money on this website.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Keeping Your Data Safe
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we won’t pretend otherwise.
Links to Other Sites
We link out to official government websites and, occasionally, other resources. Once you click through, you’re on their turf — their privacy practices are their own, so it’s worth a quick check before you share any information there.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this page from time to time as our practices change. The date at the top will always show the most recent version.
