About Us

Effective: June 2026 Last Updated: August 2026

Welcome to eApply.in

If you’ve ever spent an evening jumping between five different government websites trying to figure out whether you’re even eligible for a scholarship, or refreshing a recruitment board’s site every hour hoping the result is finally out — eApply.in exists because we’ve been there too. We started this site in June 2026 with one straightforward goal: pull together government job notifications, admissions, scholarships, admit cards, and results from across India, and explain them in a way a normal person can actually follow without a law degree or twenty minutes of squinting at a PDF.

We’re not a government body, and we don’t pretend to be one. We’re an independent team that reads the official notifications so you don’t have to read all of them cover to cover — and we tell you clearly, every time, to go check the original source before you make a decision that matters.

Who’s Behind eApply.in

eApply.in is run by Sagar Kumar, based in Banka, Bihar. Sagar is currently pursuing his M.Sc. in Physics, and has spent the last five years working at a computer institute, helping students and job aspirants navigate everything from basic computer skills to exam form-filling. Along the way, he cleared a few competitive government exams himself — though a medical eligibility issue meant the selection didn’t go through, despite clearing the written stage. That experience gave him a firsthand look at how scattered and inconsistent recruitment information can be for candidates, and how much time gets wasted just trying to find a straight answer to a simple question. eApply.in grew out of that — an attempt to be the resource he wished had existed when he was the one preparing and applying.

What began as a personal habit of tracking local Bihar government vacancies and sharing updates with friends and family gradually turned into a full-time effort to do the same thing at a bigger scale — covering not just Bihar, but recruitment and education updates from across the country.

The team behind the day-to-day articles is small and hands-on. Every post that goes up has been read, checked against the source notification, and — where it matters — rewritten by a person, not auto-generated and left untouched.

Why We Do This the Way We Do

We don’t have insider access to government departments, and we’re not former recruitment board officials. What we do have is a habit of reading notifications the way an applicant would — looking for the specific things people actually get stuck on: which category the age relaxation applies to, whether a document needs self-attestation, what the actual last date is when a state holiday pushes it back a day. That’s the kind of detail that gets lost when a notification is just copy-pasted, and it’s the detail we try to get right.

When we’re not sure about something, or a notification is ambiguous, we say so in the article rather than guessing. And when a date or rule changes after we’ve published, we go back and fix the article — we don’t leave outdated information sitting there just because it was correct when we wrote it.

What You Can Expect From Us

  • Plain-language explanations of official notifications — not just a copy-paste of the PDF
  • Daily updates on recruitment, admissions, scholarships, admit cards, and results
  • Clear mention of official sources and links, so you can always verify independently
  • Honesty about what we don’t know or what a notification doesn’t make clear
  • No paywalled content, no fake urgency, no pretending to be an official government site

How We Work

Nothing goes up on the site without someone checking it against the official source first. When a notification changes — a date gets extended, eligibility criteria get revised — we go back and update the article rather than leaving outdated information sitting online. That said, government departments don’t always announce changes on time, so we always tell readers to double-check the final details on the official website before they submit anything.

eApply.in is a free, information-only resource. We don’t process applications, collect fees, or handle payments of any kind on this site — everything here is meant to be read, not transacted on. We also don’t offer any paid application-filling or “apply on your behalf” service. If you’ve come across anyone claiming to represent eApply.in and asking for money to submit a form for you, it isn’t us — please let us know at support@eapply.in.

Who We’re Not

We want to be upfront about this: eApply.in isn’t run by, connected to, or endorsed by any government office, recruitment board, or university. Any logos or department names you see on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only so readers know which notification we’re talking about.
