आपको location access की अनुमति देनी होगी, जिसके बाद आपके current location के latitude/longitude के आधार पर DigiPIN generate किया जा सकता है। इसके लिए login/signup की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

नहीं।
DigiPIN केवल geographic location का reference है। इसमें किसी व्यक्ति की personal information या नाम-पता जैसी जानकारी store नहीं की जाती। एक ही location पर रहने वाले अलग-अलग लोगों के लिए location समान होने पर DigiPIN भी समान हो सकता है।
