Accounts Executive के लिए B.Com, BBA या Economics के साथ Graduation की qualification मांगी गई है। Basic English और Computer Operation का knowledge भी essential है।

Trade Apprentice में Attendant Operator और Laboratory Assistant के लिए Chemistry major तथा Instrument Mechanic के लिए Physics major की specific condition दी गई है।
RCF Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2026
RCF Apprentice Recruitment में आवेदन करने के लिए candidate को age, qualification और apprenticeship से संबंधित सभी conditions पूरी करनी होंगी।
Age Limit
Candidate की minimum age 18 years होनी चाहिए। Age की calculation 01 September 2026 के आधार पर की जाएगी।
General candidates के लिए upper age limit 25 years है।

SC/ST, OBC-NCL, EWS आदि के लिए reservation Government guidelines के अनुसार लागू होगा।
Minimum Marks और Qualification से जुड़ी जरूरी शर्त
इस recruitment में अधिकांश advertised training areas के लिए minimum 50% marks की requirement है। SC/ST और PwBD candidates के लिए applicable Government guidelines के अनुसार final selection criteria में 5% marks relaxation दिया जा सकता है।
एक और महत्वपूर्ण condition qualification की passing date से जुड़ी है। Candidate की qualifying examination की final passing date 01 July 2023 या उसके बाद की होनी चाहिए।
Qualification किसी recognized University/Institute से regular full-time course के रूप में होनी चाहिए।
कौन Candidates Apply नहीं कर सकते?
Application submit करने से पहले यह भी देखना जरूरी है कि candidate किसी disqualifying condition में तो नहीं आता।
RCF notification के अनुसार निम्न candidates eligible नहीं होंगे:
- जिन्होंने पहले Act Apprentice training complete कर ली है।
- जिनके पास एक वर्ष या उससे अधिक का job experience है।
- जो वर्तमान में higher studies pursue कर रहे हैं।
- जिन्होंने required qualification Distance Learning से प्राप्त की है।
- जिन्होंने Part-Time या Correspondence mode से qualifying course किया है।
- जिनकी qualification prescribed eligibility के अनुसार नहीं है।
RCF ने Distance Learning, Part-Time और Correspondence mode से प्राप्त qualifying qualification को apprenticeship के लिए स्वीकार नहीं किया है।
RCF Apprentice Stipend 2026
यह recruitment regular permanent job नहीं बल्कि apprenticeship training है। Training period के दौरान candidates को prescribed stipend दिया जाएगा।

Stipend अलग-अलग apprentice categories के लिए RCF और, जहां applicable है, BOAT के prescribed components के अनुसार दिया जाएगा। BOAT वाला हिस्सा BOAT द्वारा सीधे disburse किया जाएगा।
Apprenticeship के दौरान मिलने वाली Facilities
RCF ने apprentice trainees के लिए कुछ additional facilities भी निर्धारित की हैं।
Canteen Facility
Training period के दौरान company canteen में morning breakfast, tea और vegetarian lunch thali की सुविधा दी जाएगी।
अगर candidate इस facility का उपयोग नहीं करता है, तो उसके बदले किसी प्रकार का reimbursement नहीं दिया जाएगा।
Medical Facility
Apprentice trainees को RCF Hospital में OPD medical facility उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। यह facility trainee के लिए है।
Uniform और PPE
Company policy के अनुसार apprentices को Uniform और Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) भी उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
Transportation
Training location तक आने-जाने के लिए RCF द्वारा transportation facility या transportation expense reimbursement नहीं दिया जाएगा।
Training Location और Working Hours
Apprenticeship training Trombay, Mumbai या Thal, Raigad में होगी।
Application form भरते समय candidate को Trombay या Thal में से एक location select करनी होगी। यह selection बाद में change नहीं किया जा सकता। Final posting respective unit के approved intake quota के अनुसार होगी।

RCF ने attendance के लिए Face Recognition-based Attendance System की व्यवस्था की है। Apprentice को daily IN और OUT दोनों punches mark करने होंगे।
RCF Apprentice Selection Process 2026
इस recruitment में written examination या interview का आयोजन नहीं किया जाएगा। Selection merit basis पर किया जाएगा।
Selection process इस प्रकार रहेगा:
Online Application → Merit List → Document Verification → Apprenticeship Contract Approval → Joining
Merit list qualifying educational examination में प्राप्त percentage और applicable reservation criteria के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी।
Merit में shortlisted candidates को Document Verification के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। Documents verify होने और संबंधित NATS/NAPS portal पर Apprenticeship Contract approval के बाद candidate को Apprentice Trainee के रूप में joining करनी होगी।
Tie होने पर Merit कैसे तय होगी?
अगर दो candidates के marks समान होते हैं, तो higher qualification वाले candidate को ऊपर रखा जाएगा। अगर qualification भी समान हो, तो preceding educational qualification में अधिक marks वाले candidate को preference दी जाएगी।
NAPS और NATS Registration
RCF Apprentice Recruitment में apprenticeship portal registration भी महत्वपूर्ण है।
Trade Apprentice के लिए
Trade Apprentice candidates को NAPS portal पर registration करना होगा।
Graduate और Technician Apprentice के लिए
Graduate और Diploma/Technician Apprentice candidates को NATS portal पर student registration करना होगा।
Application से पहले संबंधित portal पर registration पूरा रखना बेहतर है, ताकि आगे contract approval के समय परेशानी न हो।
RCF Apprentice Online Form 2026 कैसे भरें?
RCF Apprentice Recruitment का form भरने के लिए नीचे दिए गए steps follow करें:
Step 1: सबसे पहले RCF Ltd. की official website खोलें।
Step 2: Website के RECRUITMENT section में जाएं।
Step 3: ENGAGEMENT OF APPRENTICES-2026-27 पर click करें।
Step 4: Advertisement में दिए गए instructions और eligibility conditions को ध्यान से पढ़ें।
Step 5: Terms and Conditions accept करके Apply Online option पर click करें।
Step 6: Application form में अपना personal और educational information भरें।
Step 7: Application में Trombay या Thal में से एक posting location select करें। इसे बाद में change नहीं किया जा सकेगा।
Step 8: Recent passport-size colour photograph upload करें। Photograph JPG/JPEG format में और maximum 75 KB तक होना चाहिए।

एक से अधिक discipline/trade या area of training के लिए application submit करने पर candidate की सभी applications reject की जा सकती हैं।
इसलिए form submit करने से पहले अपनी qualification के अनुसार सही training area select करना जरूरी है।
क्या RCF Apprentice के बाद Permanent Job मिलेगी?
RCF Apprentice Recruitment को लेकर यह बात साफ समझना जरूरी है कि Apprenticeship training पूरी होने के बाद permanent job की guarantee नहीं है।
RCF की notification में स्पष्ट किया गया है कि company पर apprenticeship पूरी करने वाले candidates को regular employment देने की कोई obligation नहीं होगी। केवल apprenticeship करने के आधार पर candidate RCF में regular employment का claim नहीं कर सकता।
इसलिए इसे एक training opportunity के रूप में देखना चाहिए, जिसके दौरान candidate को industrial environment में practical exposure और prescribed stipend मिलता है।
