United India Insurance Company Limited (UIIC) ने Administrative Officer (Scale-I) Recruitment 2026 का आधिकारिक विज्ञापन जारी कर दिया है। इस भर्ती के जरिए Generalists और Hindi Officers के कुल 225 पदों पर योग्य उम्मीदवारों का चयन किया जाएगा। इनमें Administrative Officer – Generalists के 200 पद और Administrative Officer – Hindi Officers के 25 पद शामिल हैं। आधिकारिक नोटिफिकेशन की तारीख 07 सितंबर 2026 है।

🏢 UIIC में Administrative Officer की भर्ती क्यों महत्वपूर्ण है?
Administrative Officer (Scale-I) बीमा क्षेत्र में officer-level position है। इस बार UIIC ने दो disciplines के लिए vacancies निकाली हैं—Generalists और Hindi Officers।
Generalists category में vacancies की संख्या काफी अधिक है, इसलिए सामान्य Graduation करने वाले candidates के लिए यह भर्ती खास तौर पर ध्यान देने योग्य है। दूसरी ओर Hindi Officer एक specialised discipline है, जिसमें Hindi/English से संबंधित postgraduate qualification की जरूरत होती है।

इसके अलावा PwBD candidates के लिए horizontal reservation का प्रावधान दिया गया है। Generalists में VI, HI, OC और MD/ID categories के लिए निर्धारित vacancies हैं, जबकि Hindi Officers में VI के लिए vacancy दी गई है।

🎓 Educational Qualification क्या होनी चाहिए?
यह भर्ती दो अलग disciplines के लिए है, इसलिए दोनों की qualification अलग है।
Generalists के लिए
Generalists पद के लिए उम्मीदवार के पास किसी recognized university से Graduate Degree या Post Graduate Degree in any discipline होना चाहिए।
इसमें Engineering, Arts, Science, Commerce, Agriculture, Data Science आदि disciplines भी शामिल हैं।
General category के उम्मीदवार के लिए संबंधित degree examination में कम से कम 60% marks जरूरी हैं। वहीं SC/ST/PwBD candidates के लिए 55% marks की शर्त है।
इसका मतलब यह है कि केवल B.Com या B.A. करने वाले ही eligible नहीं हैं। यदि candidate ने eligibility conditions के अनुसार किसी दूसरे recognised discipline में degree की है, तो वह Generalists के लिए consideration कर सकता है।
हिंदी अधिकारी के लिए योग्यता
Hindi Officer पद की qualification थोड़ी specialised है। इसके लिए notification में विभिन्न acceptable combinations दिए गए हैं।
उदाहरण के तौर पर उम्मीदवार के पास recognized university से:
- Hindi में Master’s Degree और English compulsory/elective subject या degree level पर examination medium के रूप में English, या
- English में Master’s Degree और Hindi compulsory/elective subject या degree level पर Hindi medium, या
- Hindi/English के अलावा किसी अन्य subject में Master’s Degree, लेकिन prescribed Hindi-English medium/subject conditions के साथ,
होना चाहिए।
इस category में भी सामान्यतः 60% marks और SC/ST/PwBD candidates के लिए 55% marks की शर्त दी गई है। इसलिए Hindi Officer के लिए केवल Graduation होना पर्याप्त नहीं है।
📅 Qualification कब तक पूरी होनी चाहिए?
Educational qualification 30 जून 2026 तक पूरी हो जानी चाहिए।
अगर candidate ने minimum qualification की final examination 30 जून 2026 तक दी थी, लेकिन उसका result 30 जून के बाद आया, तो वह इस recruitment के लिए eligible नहीं माना जाएगा।
इसके अलावा qualification recognized University/Institute से होनी चाहिए और prescribed 10+2+3 या equivalent educational pattern पूरा होना चाहिए।
एक और जरूरी requirement है—Computer का working knowledge होना जरूरी है।

इस भर्ती के लिए आवेदन केवल online mode से स्वीकार किए जाएंगे। Offline application का कोई विकल्प नहीं है।
आवेदन करते समय प्रक्रिया broadly इस प्रकार रहेगी:
Step 1: Official Website पर जाएं

Step 5: Photo और Signature Upload करें
आवेदन से पहले recent passport-size colour photograph, signature, left thumb impression और handwritten declaration तैयार रखें।
Photo के लिए notification में 200 × 230 pixels preferred और file size 20 KB से 50 KB दिया गया है।
Left thumb impression और handwritten declaration के लिए भी अलग specifications हैं। Handwritten declaration candidate की अपनी handwriting में English में होना चाहिए और CAPITAL LETTERS में नहीं होना चाहिए।
Step 6: Fee Payment करें
Application form submit करने के बाद उपलब्ध payment gateway के माध्यम से fee/service charges जमा करें।
Payment के लिए Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets आदि options दिए गए हैं। Payment के दौरान browser में Back या Refresh button दबाने से बचने की सलाह दी गई है।

Successful payment के बाद e-Receipt generate होगी। Candidate को e-Receipt और fee details वाली application form की print/copy सुरक्षित रखनी चाहिए।

Hindi Officer के Descriptive Test के लिए 50 marks और 60 मिनट हैं। इसमें English Essay, Hindi Essay, Hindi Letter Writing तथा दोनों दिशाओं में Translation शामिल है।

UIIC AO की online objective examinations में गलत answer देने पर उस question के निर्धारित marks का one-fourth penalty के रूप में काटा जाएगा।
Unanswered question के लिए कोई penalty नहीं होगी।
साथ ही section-wise और overall cut-off दोनों लागू होंगे। अलग-अलग sessions में examination होने की स्थिति में scores को equate करने की प्रक्रिया भी अपनाई जा सकती है।

Selection केवल Prelims के marks से नहीं होगा।

💼 Salary कितनी होगी?
Administrative Officer (Scale-I) के लिए notification में Basic Pay का scale:
₹82,485 – 4,050 (14) – ₹1,39,185 – 4,390 (4) – ₹1,56,745
दिया गया है।
इसके अलावा Company rules के अनुसार अन्य admissible allowances और benefits मिलेंगे। Notification में Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance, NPS और leased accommodation जैसे benefits का भी उल्लेख है।
Metropolitan centres में Gross Pay लगभग ₹1,10,000 प्रति माह बताया गया है।
यह gross pay है; actual in-hand salary deductions और applicable benefits/allowances के कारण अलग हो सकती है।
📍 Posting कहाँ हो सकती है?
UIIC ने notification में स्पष्ट किया है कि vacancies का बड़ा हिस्सा Western और Southern Zones में है। इसलिए selected candidates की initial posting इन क्षेत्रों के offices में होने की संभावना अधिक है।
Initial posting की अवधि कम से कम पांच वर्ष होगी और इस दौरान candidate की पसंद के स्थान पर transfer request entertain नहीं की जाएगी।
साथ ही Company जरूरत के अनुसार candidate को देश के किसी भी location पर post या transfer कर सकती है।
📋 Probation और Service Conditions
Selected candidates को medical fitness के बाद Administrative Officer (Scale-I) के रूप में नियुक्त किया जाएगा और एक वर्ष की probation रहेगी। आवश्यकता के अनुसार probation बढ़ाई भी जा सकती है।
Probation के दौरान theoretical/practical training दी जा सकती है। इसके अलावा officer को Insurance Institute of India द्वारा आयोजित non-life Licentiate Examination पास करना होगा। निर्धारित extended probation period में परीक्षा पास नहीं करने पर service termination की स्थिति बन सकती है।
⚠️ पांच साल का Guarantee Bond
यह point आवेदन करने वाले candidates को पहले से समझ लेना चाहिए।
Joining से पहले selected candidate को Company में probation सहित कम से कम पांच साल service करने का undertaking देना होगा।
यदि candidate bond period पूरा होने से पहले resign करता है, तो notification में liquidated damages का provision दिया गया है। इसके अलावा ₹35,000 onboarding और integration cost भी देनी होगी। एक वर्ष की probation पूरी होने के बाद लेकिन पांच वर्ष पूरे होने से पहले resignation की स्थिति में liquidated damages proportionately reduce किए जाएंगे।

Notification में Persons with Benchmark Disabilities के लिए reservation के साथ examination में कुछ सुविधाओं का भी प्रावधान है।
Eligible candidates निर्धारित conditions के अनुसार scribe का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। Scribe candidate को खुद arrange करना होगा और prescribed conditions पूरी करनी होंगी।
Scribe का उपयोग करने वाले eligible candidates को हर एक घंटे के examination पर 20 मिनट compensatory time दिया जा सकता है, लेकिन इसके लिए application stage पर सही तरीके से registration करना जरूरी है।

📑 Exam के समय कौन से Documents जरूरी होंगे?
