Every notification, update, and article on this site is available to the public at no cost, and there’s no paid feature, subscription, or membership of any kind here. This page just explains why a refund policy in the usual sense doesn’t apply to us, and what to do if you’re looking for one.

We Don’t Sell Anything on This Site

We don’t offer digital products, mock tests, downloadable content, or any kind of application assistance for a fee. There are no charges for browsing, reading, or using the information published here. Nothing on eApply.in involves a payment to us, at any stage.

So There’s Nothing to Refund

Since no transaction ever happens on eApply.in, the question of a refund or cancellation simply doesn’t come up. We don’t run a checkout page, we don’t collect card or UPI details, and we never take payment information from visitors.

Fees You Pay on Official Government Websites

Many of our articles mention application fees, exam fees, or admission charges. Those payments are made directly to the concerned government department, board, or institution, through their own official payment page — never through eApply.in. If you ever need a refund for one of those fees, or run into a dispute about a payment, that has to be handled by the official department itself, following their own rules. We simply have no role in it and no way to process it on our end.

Watch Out for Scams

If anyone contacts you claiming to be from eApply.in and asks for money to fill out a form, submit an application, or “guarantee” a job or admission, it is not us. We have never asked, and will never ask, a visitor for payment. Please don’t send money to anyone claiming this, and let us know right away so we can warn others.
