The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) under the Ministry of Railways have released the RRB Technician Recruitment 2026 Notification (CEN No. 02/2026) for the recruitment of 6,565 Technician Posts. The recruitment includes Technician Grade-I (Signal) and Technician Grade-III posts in various Railway Zones across India.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have completed 10th Pass + ITI, 10+2 (PCM), or B.Sc. and wish to secure a job in Indian Railways.

Age relaxation is applicable as per Government and RRB Rules.

Educational Qualification

Technician Grade-I (Signal)

Candidates should possess any one of the following:

  • B.Sc. (Physics)
  • B.Sc. (Electronics)
  • B.Sc. (Computer Science)
  • B.Sc. (Information Technology)
  • B.Sc. (Instrumentation)

OR

  • Three-Year Engineering Diploma in Relevant Trade

OR

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Relevant Engineering Discipline

Technician Grade-III

Candidates should possess:

  • 10th (Matric/SSLC) + ITI (NCVT/SCVT) in Relevant Trade

OR

  • 10th Pass + Intermediate (PCM)
