Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only under the following circumstances:

1. Service Could Not Be Provided

If eApply.in is unable to complete your application due to any issue from our side, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the service charge.

2. Website/Portal Not Working

If the official government website or application portal is unavailable, under maintenance, or not functioning properly, and we are unable to submit your application, you may request cancellation.

In such cases:

70% of the Service Charge will be refunded.
30% will be deducted as processing and service charges for the work already performed.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

1. Required Documents Not Submitted

If you fail to provide the required documents or information necessary to complete your application, no refund will be issued.

Examples:

Aadhaar Card
Photo
Signature
Marksheet
Mobile Number
Email ID
OTP
Any other required document

2. Incorrect Information Provided

If incorrect or incomplete information is submitted by you and the application cannot be completed or is rejected, no refund will be provided.

3. Delay from Customer

If you do not respond in time or fail to share the required details before the application deadline, the service charge will not be refunded.

4. Application Successfully Submitted

Once your application has been successfully submitted, verified, or processed, the service charge becomes completely non-refundable.

5. Government Fee

Government application fees are paid directly to the respective authority and are non-refundable unless refunded by the concerned department according to their rules.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.

रिफंड कब मिलेगा?

निम्नलिखित परिस्थितियों में ही रिफंड दिया जाएगा।

1. यदि eApply.in आपकी आवेदन प्रक्रिया पूरी नहीं कर पाता है

यदि किसी तकनीकी या हमारी ओर से हुई समस्या के कारण आपका आवेदन जमा नहीं हो पाता है, तो आपको 100% सर्विस चार्ज वापस किया जाएगा।

2. यदि सरकारी वेबसाइट या पोर्टल कार्य नहीं कर रहा हो

यदि सरकारी वेबसाइट/पोर्टल बंद हो, मेंटेनेंस पर हो, या तकनीकी कारणों से आवेदन जमा न हो पाए और आप आवेदन रद्द करवाना चाहते हैं, तो:

70% सर्विस चार्ज वापस किया जाएगा।
30% राशि प्रोसेसिंग एवं सर्विस चार्ज के रूप में काटी जाएगी।

किन परिस्थितियों में रिफंड नहीं मिलेगा?

1. आवश्यक दस्तावेज या जानकारी उपलब्ध नहीं कराना

यदि आप समय पर आवश्यक दस्तावेज या जानकारी उपलब्ध नहीं कराते हैं, तो किसी भी प्रकार का रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा।

अन्य आवश्यक दस्तावेज

2. गलत जानकारी देना

यदि आपके द्वारा दी गई जानकारी गलत या अधूरी होने के कारण आवेदन पूरा नहीं हो पाता या अस्वीकार हो जाता है, तो रिफंड नहीं मिलेगा।

3. समय पर जानकारी उपलब्ध न कराना

यदि आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि तक आप आवश्यक जानकारी या दस्तावेज उपलब्ध नहीं कराते हैं, तो सर्विस चार्ज वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।

4. आवेदन सफलतापूर्वक जमा होने के बाद

एक बार आवेदन सफलतापूर्वक जमा, प्रोसेस या वेरिफाई हो जाने के बाद सर्विस चार्ज किसी भी परिस्थिति में वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।

5. सरकारी आवेदन शुल्क

सरकारी आवेदन शुल्क संबंधित विभाग के नियमों के अनुसार होता है। इस शुल्क पर eApply.in का कोई नियंत्रण नहीं है और यह राशि सामान्यतः रिफंड योग्य नहीं होती।

रिफंड प्राप्त होने का समय

स्वीकृत रिफंड 5–7 कार्य दिवस के भीतर उसी भुगतान माध्यम से भेज दिया जाएगा जिससे भुगतान किया गया था (जहाँ संभव हो)।
